Service One
Dial-Side Refresh
A surface-level service that attends to the visible and functional exterior of the watch. A thoughtful option for watches that look a little tired but are mechanically sound. Gives new life to the day-to-day wearing experience.
What is included:
- Crystal replacement (if scratched or chipped)
- Dial and hands inspection and cleaning
- Crown operation check and adjustment
- Battery replacement if applicable
- Case resealing and water resistance check

Initial visual assessment and client discussion
Removal and inspection of crystal, hands, and crown
Cleaning, replacement of specified components
Resealing and pressure test

Caliber Deep Clean
A meticulous internal service focused on returning the movement to its designed performance standard. Well-suited for quality timepieces approaching their five-year service mark. The work your movement needs — carefully done.

- Full movement disassembly and component cataloguing
- Multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning process
- Jewel polishing and pivot hole inspection
- Escapement evaluation for lock and drop
- Careful reassembly and precision lubrication
- Six-position regulation to precision standard
- Case cleaning and gasket renewal included

Patrimony Restoration
A deeply respectful service for watches that represent family patrimony or collect significance. We approach each piece as a custodian rather than a technician. All decisions are collaborative. Original parts are catalogued and returned. A written report accompanies the completed watch.

- Sympathetic movement reconditioning
- Dial conservation or period-sensitive renewal
- Hand matching and fitting
- Case and bracelet restoration
