Common Questions

Things people often ask

We have tried to answer the questions that come up most often. If yours is not here, please do not hesitate to call or write to us.

How do I know which service is right for my watch?
We encourage you to bring or describe your watch to us first. After a brief assessment — which we offer without charge — we will share our honest recommendation. There is no pressure to proceed, and we will explain clearly what each service involves.
Do you work on all watch brands?
We work on a wide range of quality timepieces — Swiss, Japanese, European, and independent brands. For pieces that require manufacturer-specific tools or proprietary parts that we do not hold, we will be candid about what we can and cannot do before any work is agreed upon.
What happens to original parts during a service?
Original parts are always catalogued and offered back to you. For Patrimony Restoration work, all removed components are preserved and returned alongside the completed watch. We never discard parts without your knowledge and consent.
How should I prepare my watch for drop-off?
There is no need for special preparation. Bring the watch as it is, along with any paperwork, box, or history you have — these can be helpful context. If you have concerns about a particular issue, note them down so we can be sure to address them during assessment.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is due upon collection. For Patrimony Restoration work, we request a 30% deposit when you confirm the service scope, with the balance settled at collection. We accept cash and bank transfer.
Do you offer any post-service follow-up?
Yes. If you notice anything unusual in the weeks following a service, please contact us. We will assess the piece and, where the concern relates to work we performed, address it without additional charge.
